General information
In the case of wood-gasifying boilers the fire is fed with air by means of a ventilation fan. This fan enables a more intensive and complete burning by drawing a larger quantity of oxygen into the combustion chamber.
As a result of the very intensive burning, the possibility to control the speed of combustion is limited and it is therefore necessary to build a buffer-tank into the system. The thermo-energy is stored in the heating water within the insulated tank and utilised by means of a circulation pump when needed.
Thanks to the ceramics and the extra feed of oxygen, the burning in the dual combustion chamber is perfect: The quantity of flue gas produced is minima, land the reduction of its temperature gives the opportunity for further utilisation of the energy. The combined result is a significant improvement in the efficiency of the boiler.
